The App is a private family-network application that lets members build and view a shared family tree, manage profiles and relationships, and communicate within the family.

• Account & profile information you provide: your name, the names of relatives you add, family relationships, and any profile details you choose to enter.
• Photos and media you upload (for example, a profile photo), accessed only with your permission.
• Content you create in the App, such as messages, requests, responses, and family-tree edits.
• Device & technical data needed to operate the service, including a push-notification token, app version, and basic diagnostic/error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core service: building and displaying the family tree and member profiles.
• To enable communication between family members (messages, requests, responses).
• To send notifications you have enabled.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored and Processed

The App uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging) to store and process data on Google's secure servers. Your data is handled in accordance with Google Firebase's privacy and security terms.

4. How Information Is Shared

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Information you add to the family network (such as names, relationships, and profile details) is, by the nature of the App, visible to other authorized members of the family network.
• We share data with service providers (Google Firebase) only as needed to run the App.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. When an account or record is deleted, the associated data is removed from the active database.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by families and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental involvement.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including access rules on our database and storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
